Alcohol Withdraw...Full Blown Delerium Tremens

Has anyone had experiences with this type of severe withdraw? I certainly have, and it will blow you away. Still find it hard to believe I was able to survive, as mine should have been fatal.
Makes me value my sobriety today!

I will be posting a full account of my experience here shortly. It's very detailed (!), and I don't wish to ever experience it again.
But as for Recovery, what works best forr You?
I personally put a lot of value in 12 step programs. For me, AA is excellent in my opinion. But that being said, it took YEARS for that program to 'Take' for me.
Exercise is excellent.
What else is working for you?
